Leave the A1 at junction 62 and follow the A690 through Durham City centre continuing along the A690 towards Crook,cross the traffic lights at Nevilles Cross and go down to the roundabout taking the second exit onto the B6302 signposted Ushaw Moor. Upon reaching Broompark passing the Loves pub on the left hand side 200 yards on the same side you will come to My Way Guesthouse.
